Challenge Details:
Brew with the White Elephant ingredient you received at our December 2023 meeting.
If you were unable to attend our December meeting and would like to participate, email terrydfast2112@gmail.com and a random ingredient will be assigned to you. There is a list of 20 random ingredients and a 20 sided dice that will be rolled.
The ingredient you received should be the “shining star” of your fermentation.
From here, entering is easy. Complete these steps:
Complete an entry form, click here. On the entry form you will enter the ingredient you received.
Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Old 121 Brewhouse by March 10th at 6 pm.
Attend our March 16th meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting.
