Challenge Details:

At our March meeting, you received a random country participating in the 2024 Summer Olympics. For this challenge you will need to ferment something representative of the country you received. 

If you were unable to attend our March meeting and would like to participate, email lakewoodfermentationclub@gmail.com and a random country will be assigned to you.

From here, entering is easy. Complete these steps:

• Fill out an entry form, click here. On the entry form you will enter the country you received.

• Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Old 121 Brewhouse by June 9th at 6 pm.

• Attend our June 15th meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting. If you cannot make the meeting, please drop off additional sample to Old 121.
