Challenge Details:

This quarter's challenge is All 'Bout Colorado, that means you should make something Colorado'esque. Here are a few examples (but feel free to go wild and come up with something else entirely)

• Take a well known Colorado Beer/Cider/Wine and clone it.

• Make something with flavors that scream Colorado.

• Make something with all (or mostly) Colorado grown ingredients.

From here, entering is easy. Complete these steps:

• Fill out an entry form, click here. On the entry form you will tell the judges what made your entry All 'Bout Colorado.

• Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Old 121 Brewhouse by September 15thth at 6 pm.

• Attend our September 21st meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting. If you cannot make the meeting, please drop off additional sample to Old 121.
