Challenge Details:

This quarter's challenge is focused on Belgium. Make a fermentation following a Belgian style or with Belgian inspiration.

From here, entering is easy. Complete these steps:

• Fill out an entry form, click here.

• Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Old 121 Brewhouse by December 15thth at 6 pm.

• Attend our December 21st meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting. If you cannot make the meeting, please drop off additional sample to Old 121.
